We want you to love your Bear Company pieces. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.
• Bundle orders can be returned in full or in part. If you keep part of a bundle, the bundle discount is adjusted on the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
